Use: as a dietary supplement—a source of acetyl-L-carnitine, lipoic acid, resveratrol, catechins, an additional source of vitamins A, E, C, D3, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, iodine, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, containing magnesium, and calcium. It contains choline, potassium, and inositol.

Suggested use: adults take 2 capsules daily with meals for one month.
